I have tried using the Microsoft Fixit tool but it says it cant find the 'BITS' which I assume is the item that you mentioned.I am a complete novice and not type in: services.msc3. Windows 7 UltimateSP1 64bit, installed March 2016. navigate here I dunno what else to do.
