Lastly, I downloaded windows installer cleanup, but when trying to install it, I got the same old error message "Windows installer could not be accessed." I would really appreciate any help I had no space at first the I tried everything spaced and it didn't work. It's working. it fixed the problem after I struggled with it for days, including manually changing the Registry entries. I tried everyone elses suggestions! I tried everything and now I cannot install new software on my computer.

I tried what you suggested, and it's working.s that the service is stopped or stukked, so when I restarted the service ..... Works for me!
