There was a list of apparently normal files that hadn't been removed and at the top were two directory locations in which it listed viruses that had been found. It didn't give me other results (if it did, I don't know where to find them). Up to this point I haven't been having any issues/problems or suspicious behavior with my system and haven't had any for a long time. THANK YOU! After hours of try/fail this fix worked!

What's the matter with my laptop? Then try to uninstall your video drivers via device manager and boot up normally and let windows put its own driver in and see if it more stable then. I previously already did a FULL reinstall of Windows 7, which also formatted the HDD, so this should run as if it is fresh out the box. Well it looks like your system is having major issues. I tried Driver Verifier, but either I'm using it incorrectly or it just didn't do anything. What happend was i did what i was supposed to do in the first steps which was, type in "C:" and then dir.
