After much headache I also received the error "The file Asms on windows XP SP2 could not be found...basically telling me that the machine was not seeing the CD drive. comment - October 28, 2009 - 12:08pm THANK YOU! I unplug it and plug it back in and it works fine for 10 minutes or so and shuts down again. Wow Everything works again :). Have an Acer mouse. Right-click then select Uninstall Then follow instructions (as I haven't uninstalled it myself yet!) It was a joke, but you seem a little wrapped up in a seriousness blanket. Both worked fine until tonight, when suddenly, both devices were doing the double-click on a single touch. That's exactly what I've been doing - posting this message on a few forums where the issue wasn't resolved for me (including here).
