No Bluetooth Option In Control Panel
None of your work-arounds have helped. We’ve seen many of you had encountered this “Bluetooth has disappeared from Device Manager” problem on Windows OS.Where is Bluetooth in Device Manager? Searching for bluetooth, using the quick search, gives me only a link to the networking section, and once that is clicked, there is no more mention of bluetooth, anywhere (other then The problem is that since I upgraded to Windows 10, the Bluetooth icon *only* appears in the System Tray when Bluetooth is turned on. http://relite.org/windows-10/start-menu-control-panel.php
There isn't a command that I know of that will activate the Change Bluetooth Settings window from a command prompt. Then, I popped in the CD for the keyboard/mouse that I was wanting to ultimately install and I just started clicking every executable (.exe) I could find on the CD. I found bthprops.cpl (not sure if it's the BT control panel or not) but when I try to open it nothing happens.Here's some screencaps of what I'm talking about. - Out of the box, and until very recently, it ran a Bluetooth mouse fine - I didn't know where the Bluetooth settings were on the machine and I didn't need to:
- Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 4, and click OK .
