I still notice some lag when opening steam but i think this is more towards being optimizing steam to properly work on windows 10, but so far so good will keep have to find the file, save as, then save is in today's document… waiting…. click site
The crazy part is, after installing countless megabytes on one day, additional "update" warnings and notice messages return the very next day. That definitely did it.
