If you think its a power supply issue can you recommend a cheap power supply to replace it with I can order online? Same problem. Fans will often operate on nearly any voltage, they will just move slower or faster on the power being supplied... you have the latest mobo drivers but what about the graphics card drivers, as that is what is running your monitor?
