People don't like to hear it but it's the biggest problem with this website. If the usual "Windows XP" screen appears, that means you've missed the moment. You should delete temp files—they permeate Windows after a while, and could be where malware hides. You might even have a machine already out there that still has a ticking time bomb inside, just waiting to be activated or to collect the right information before reporting it
