High CPU Usage When Deleting File
It's sitting in a folder quietly right now, but any activity concerning it results in my CPU Usage jumping to 100% (the Task Manager shows the use in EXPLORER.EXE). Thanks for the fast help, guys! As for the other contributors posting here, here is some food for thought. The question, of course, is when it's at 100% usage does it mean it's also using every single CPU core? What type of file is it exactly? Consistent, low i/o (not much fluctuation) ? Haven't had a chance to check the app out, so I didn't 100% get the fix, but if I understood it after a quick scan of the posts, it's because Total

I narrowed it down to one file which cannot be deleted. I cant delete it with command prompt. When the Safe Mode windows open find the file and delete, then empty recycle bin. Once reported, our moderators will be notified and the post will be reviewed.

Whenever i try to delete it by right clicking on it and clicking delete, right clicking on it crashes windows explorer and freezes my computer for around 30 seconds.
