It happens because, your boot disk priority says to boot from first hard disk (Where we didn't change anything). I am not able to uncheck it. When I attempted to boot with SSD which has the OS installed it would say "attach a suitable boot device and press a key" or something like that. But when I pressed reboot the updates started installing. Not sure if the repair options in 10 work in quite the same manner. Check This Out And it did fix that my installation wasn't showing.

Switch it to be 1st drive. I've tried running the startup repair from the install disk and it didn't work. Now, the OS inserts their code to MBR to load their own bootloader. Then I assume that I just reinstall windows?
