Please note that "Disk Space Usage" that is allocated to restore points (under system protection in the control panel) is set in percentage of the protected drive's TOTAL size, NOT the C Drive Showing Full In Windows 10 Find and kill what's taking up the room, and note what folder it's in. Is it possible that you have other partitions on the same drive?

If it is it doesn't show a "tools" button to click on, it opens up a window with all of my files. By looking at this disk while it is not in use by the OS, you should be able to determine what is going on with that space.
